Your tiling rates in the price list

Wall tiling, floor tiling, tanking, trims and grouting, each with its own unit and price. A rate that depends on the tile, such as cutting for a feature wall, can go on a draft estimate as TBC and be priced before you issue it.

Who tiles where, every day

Tick the working days of a job and deploy each tiler to it day by day. The crew app shows each person where they are this week; the office sees every job and event on one calendar.

The crew take photos straight from the phone camera onto the job. A cracked tile or a gap in the grout is a snag with a photo, numbered per job, followed until it is fixed and closed. The client can sign the completion report on a phone.

Record what a job cost you that is not on a crew invoice, such as adhesive, grout and tile cutting hire. With approved hours and crew invoice lines, the margin of every job is there for owners and admins.

Questions

Can I quote extras without a fixed quantity?

Yes. A line with a price and no quantity is a rate only: it shows on the estimate, for example an hourly rate for extra work, and counts in no total.

Can I add the tile choice later?

Yes. On a draft estimate a line can stay without a price and shows TBC. FSMCore asks you to price it before the estimate is issued.

Can subcontract tilers send me their invoices?

Yes. They make and submit their invoices in the crew app, and you approve or reject each one. The cost goes on the right job where FSMCore can place it.

How long is the trial?
