Every plan has every feature. Plans differ in how many people, how much storage and whether the API is included. One plan covers the whole company: pick it by how many people use FSMCore.
Every new company starts with a 14-day free trial: every feature, no card needed.
Your accountant is free: people with only the Accountant role do not count.

Questions
What happens when the trial ends?
If no plan is chosen, the company locks when the trial ends. An owner or admin can still sign in to choose a plan or to export all company data. If nothing is done, all company data is permanently deleted 30 days after the lock. Owners and admins get reminder emails before the trial ends and before the data is deleted.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time, from the Billing page. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for and you are not charged again. You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment; renewal payments are not refunded. See the Refund Policy.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes. An owner or admin can export all company data as one ZIP file at any time, during the trial too, and on the lock page after a trial or subscription ends, until the data is deleted.
When is my data deleted?
30 days after the company locks, unless a plan is chosen first. An owner or admin can also delete it straight away from the lock page. After deletion, copies remain only in backups, which expire on their fixed schedule (at most about 7 months).
Do the prices include VAT?
No. Prices exclude VAT. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all orders and adds VAT or sales tax where the law requires it.
