Sub-processors

These are the providers FSMCore uses to run the service and that may handle data companies put into FSMCore. We will email account admins and owners at least 30 days before adding or replacing a sub-processor, so a company can object (see our Data Processing Agreement).

Payments
Paddle.com Market Ltd (United Kingdom) is our Merchant of Record. It processes payments, billing details and tax as an independent controller under its own privacy notice. It does not receive the data companies put into FSMCore.
DNS
Cloudflare, Inc. provides DNS for fsmcore.com only. Traffic to FSMCore does not pass through Cloudflare, so it does not handle customer data.
AI providers chosen by a company
If a company connects its own AI provider (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral, xAI, DeepSeek or Groq) with its own API key, that provider works for the company under the company's own agreement. It is not our sub-processor.
