AI assistant, optional

AI that does the work

FSMCore works fully by hand. If you want help, connect your company's own AI account. The assistant does real work in FSMCore, not just chat: it reads your files, drafts the documents and shows you every change on a card. Nothing changes until you press Approve.

You
Price this tender from the attached specification.

I read the specification in parts and priced it from your price list. The coving is not on your price list, so it stays TBC for you to price.
Draft estimate
Block C, ground floor (Murphy Builders Ltd), 3 lines
Screed, 640 m² €17,920
Sheet vinyl, 520 m² €19,760
Coving, 380 m TBC
Total so far €37,680

What it does

Reads your files

Tender packs, specifications, drawings, price lists, spreadsheets and photos of handwritten notes. A long PDF is read in parts.

Drafts estimates and invoices

One card per document, with every line and the totals. Lines come from your price list; a line not on it yet can stay TBC on a draft estimate.

Looks up clients, sites and jobs

Loose names and small typing mistakes are fine. It also finds estimates, invoices with their payments, and your price list.

Creates and changes records

Clients, sites, contacts, jobs, events, price list items and more, with the fields of each record's own form and its own rules.

Issues and sends documents

Issues an estimate or an invoice with the next number, and emails an invoice to the client, the same way the buttons do.

Waits for your Approve

Each change appears as an approval card: what changes, from what to what. Nothing changes until you press Approve, and it can only do what you may do yourself.

Ask in plain words

Three examples, with the answer you get. Every change is a card; looking things up changes nothing.

Which jobs are finished but not invoiced?
AI assistant
Two completed jobs have no invoice yet: Riverside Apartments, ground floor, and Main Street Cafe. Shall I draft the two invoices?

Tell it what you need. It does the work.

Attach a tender pack and ask for an estimate. Ask it to invoice a job and send it. The assistant prepares everything and shows you a card. Nothing changes until you press Approve.

Example only: Murphy Builders Ltd and every figure on these phones are made up.

A tender in minutes, not days

In a real test at a flooring contractor, the assistant priced a tender from a 258-page specification and a materials schedule in minutes. Checked against the estimate the contractor had priced by hand, it found materials that did not match the specification and other mistakes. You still check every estimate before you issue it, but the first full draft takes minutes, not days.
