Roofs by the square metre

Slating, tiling and membranes in m², ridge, verge and leadwork in metres, scaffold as its own line. Group the lines under a heading per roof or per block.

Move the crew when the weather turns

Working days are ticked on the job, so moving a job means ticking other days. Deploy roofers day by day: a deployed person sees it in the crew app and gets a notification.

Subcontractors and RCT

Subcontractors submit their invoices in the crew app, numbered in their own series without gaps. For companies in Ireland, RCT is built in: deductions on payments, the site identifier on each site and an RCT credits list for your accountant.

Photos of every roof

Photos from the phone camera go straight onto the job, with drawings from the office beside them. Damage by others can be recorded with its photos, so it is on record that it was not yours.

Questions

Can I quote scaffold as a separate line?

Yes. Any line can be its own item with its own unit and price, or a heading to group lines under.

What happens to the days off when I move a job?

The job's start, end and days off are worked out from the days you tick, so ticking other days moves the whole job on the calendar.

Does FSMCore send anything to Revenue?

No. It records RCT on payments, the site identifiers and the credits for your accountant; notifications to Revenue stay with you or your accountant.

Can I try it before I pay?

Yes. 14 days with every feature and no card. If you do not choose a plan, the company locks and its data is deleted 30 days later; you can export everything before that.
