Put a heading per stage, such as groundworks, shell or first fix, and print a subtotal for each. Lines still to be priced can stay TBC on a draft until the subcontractor's price is in.

RCT and reverse charge for Ireland

For companies in Ireland, RCT is built in: deductions on payments, the site identifier on each site and an RCT credits list for your accountant. Where the reverse charge applies, a reverse charge tax rate adds no VAT to the line and prints your statement on the invoice.

What a job was invoiced, minus its crew invoice lines, approved employee hours and job costs such as materials and hire. Office work can be kept out as overhead, so the margin shows the job.

Can a subcontractor's invoice line go on a different job?

Yes. The subcontractor's invoice stays as they sent it; an owner or admin can allocate the cost of a line to another job, with a reason, for the margins.

Can my site manager use it without seeing the money?

Yes. Five roles: owner, admin, supervisor, crew and accountant. A supervisor runs the work and never sees job margins.

Can I bring in my clients and jobs?

Yes. Import clients, sites and jobs from a CSV or Excel file, up to 5,000 rows at a time, with a preview before anything is saved.
