Software for flooring contractors

FSMCore was built inside a working flooring contractor and is used there every day. Price floors by the square metre and the metre, send fitters where they are needed, and follow every job from the estimate to the paid invoice.

How it works for you

Estimates in m² and metres

Keep your floor finishes, screeds, edge strips and skirtings in the price list with their own unit: m², m, each or whatever you use. Pick a line on an estimate and its unit, price and VAT fill in. Group the lines under headings per floor or per area, with a subtotal for each.

Fitters and subcontractors on the calendar

Tick the days a job is on site and it shows on the calendar. Deploy each fitter day by day with the time they are expected; they see it in the crew app on their phone and get a notification.

Hours and crew invoices from the phone

Employees log their week of hours on the phone and you approve it. Subcontract fitters make their invoices to you in the crew app, and FSMCore puts the cost of each line on the right job where it can.

Snags, damage and the completion report

Record snags in your own work and damage by other trades, with photos before and after, so a scratched floor that was not yours is on record. The completion report puts it in one PDF that the client can sign on a phone.

Questions

Can I price per square metre and per metre on the same estimate?

Yes. Every line has its own unit and quantity. A line with a price and no quantity is a rate only, for example a day rate for extra work: it shows on the estimate and counts in no total.

Can my subcontract fitters send me their invoices?

Yes. A subcontractor makes and submits invoices in the crew app, numbered in their own series without gaps. You approve or reject each one and record what you paid.

Does it handle RCT?

For companies in Ireland, RCT is built in: RCT deducted on payments, the site identifier on each site and an RCT credits list for your accountant. It can be switched off in Settings.

Do I have to use the AI?

No. FSMCore works fully by hand. If you connect your own AI account, the assistant can read a tender specification and draft the estimate, and nothing changes until you press Approve.
