Points, circuits and hours

Price sockets, lights and switches as each, cable runs in metres and testing as a fixed line. An hourly rate for extra work can sit on the estimate as a rate without a quantity, so the client sees it without it counting in the total.

Invoices that follow the estimate

Turn an accepted estimate into a deposit and a final invoice. Each one gets the next number without gaps; email it, record payments and follow it to paid. Every change to an issued invoice shows in its history.

Questions

Can I record my own types of certificate?

Yes. Besides Safe Pass, Manual Handling, CSCS and First Aid, a certification can be of the type Other: say what it is in the notes, and add its number, the date it runs out and a copy of the document.

Can I show an hourly rate on an estimate without adding it to the total?

Yes. A line with a price and no quantity is a rate only. It prints on the estimate and counts in no total.

Can my accountant see the invoices?

Yes. Your accountant gets an area of their own with the issued invoices, crew invoices and approved hours, and does not count as a person on your plan.

Is the AI assistant required?
